Welcome to Nitro Play Games ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play any of our mobile games available on the Google Play Store.

This policy applies to all current and future games published by Nitro Play Games. By downloading or playing any of our games, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information automatically when you use our games:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (Android Advertising ID), language, and time zone.
  • Gameplay Data: Scores, levels completed, in-game progress, session duration, and feature usage.
  • Advertising Data: Ad impressions, clicks, and interactions collected by our third-party advertising partners.
  • Purchase Data: Records of in-app purchases made through Google Play (we do not store payment card details — these are handled entirely by Google Play).
  • Crash & Diagnostic Data: Error logs, performance data, and crash reports to help us fix bugs.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and pages or features viewed within the game.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our games and services
  • Process and fulfil in-app purchases made through Google Play
  • Display personalised and non-personalised advertisements
  • Analyse gameplay to improve game design, balance, and performance
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
  • Respond to your support requests and enquiries

4. Advertising

Our games display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. These networks may use your device's Advertising ID and other non-personal data to show you relevant ads. We may work with any of the following advertising partners depending on the game:

Not all ad networks listed above are used in every game. Each game may use a subset of these partners. We encourage you to review their individual privacy policies.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time by adjusting your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation. You may also reset your Advertising ID at any time from the same menu.

5. In-App Purchases

Some of our games offer optional in-app purchases (such as removing ads, buying virtual currency, or unlocking content). All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information. For billing enquiries, please refer to Google Play's support.

Consumable purchases (e.g. coin packs) are spent within the game and are non-refundable once used. Non-consumable purchases (e.g. Remove Ads) are permanently unlocked and can be restored on the same Google account.

Our games may integrate the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • ironSource / LevelPlay – Advertising mediation

  • Firebase Analytics – App analytics and usage reporting

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services. Not all services are used in every game.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers and ad networks who assist us in operating our games (under strict confidentiality agreements)
  • If required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of Nitro Play Games or others
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified of any such change)

8. Children's Privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at nitroplaygames79@gmail.com and we will promptly delete that information.

For games specifically targeted at children, we use only child-appropriate, non-personalised advertisements and do not include behavioural tracking or social features.

9. Data Retention

We retain collected data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. The following retention periods apply:

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmitted between our games and third-party services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

  • The right to access the data we hold about you
  • The right to request correction or deletion of your data
  • The right to opt out of personalised advertising
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time
  • California (CCPA): Right to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal data (we do not sell data)
  • EEA / UK (GDPR): Right to access, rectify, erase, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To request deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

How to delete your data — step by step:

  1. Email us at nitroplaygames79@gmail.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the game name and your device type. We will process your request within 30 days.
  2. Reset your Advertising ID on Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID. This disconnects all ad tracking history linked to your device across all ad networks.
  3. Opt out of personalised ads: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
  4. Uninstall the game to permanently remove all locally stored game save data and preferences from your device.
  5. Delete Firebase/Analytics data: Firebase automatically anonymises data after 60 days of app inactivity. Crash logs are deleted after 90 days.

Note: We do not operate our own servers or databases. Data held by third-party ad networks and analytics services (listed in Section 6) is managed by those services under their own privacy policies. Resetting your Advertising ID (Step 2) is the most effective way to remove data held by ad networks.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our games after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
