If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use our games.

2. Eligibility

3. Licence to Use

Nitro Play Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play our games for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game software
• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorised third-party software

4. In-App Purchases

Some of our games offer optional in-app purchases, including but not limited to: removal of advertisements, virtual currencies, power-ups, cosmetic items, and premium content. Please note:

• All purchases are final and processed through Google Play Billing
• Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the game
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change pricing of any in-app items at any time
• If a game or feature is discontinued, purchased virtual items may become unavailable — we are not obligated to provide refunds in such cases
• Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and controlling in-app purchases made by minors

5. Advertising

Our games display third-party advertisements. By using our games, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads may be shown during gameplay, between levels, or at other points within the game
• Ad content is provided by third-party networks (primarily Google AdMob) and we are not responsible for the content of those ads
• You may opt out of personalised ads through your device's advertising settings
• Purchasing an "ad-free" or "remove ads" option (where available) removes ads served by us but may not remove all third-party ad content

6. User Conduct

When using our games, you agree not to:

• Use the game in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our games

All content within our games — including but not limited to graphics, characters, music, sound effects, code, and game design — is the exclusive property of Nitro Play Games and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. • The games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Any defects will be corrected
• The games will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nitro Play Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of virtual items, arising out of or in connection with your use of our games.

• Remove any content or virtual items from any game at our discretion
