⚠️ Important: All in-app purchases made through our games are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds are primarily handled by Google Play. This policy outlines our position and how we can assist you.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all in-app purchases made in any game published by Nitro Play Games on the Google Play Store. Since all transactions are processed through Google Play Billing, Google's own refund policies also apply and take precedence.

Our games may offer optional in-app purchases such as virtual currency, premium content, power-ups, ad removal, and other digital items.

2. Google Play Refund Policy

Google Play offers a 48-hour refund window for most in-app purchases. Within this period, you may be eligible to request a refund directly through Google Play:

  • Open the Google Play Store app on your device
  • Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
  • Tap Budget & history → find your purchase
  • Tap the purchase → Request a refund

3. Eligible Refund Situations

We support refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Accidental Purchase: You accidentally made a purchase and have not used or consumed the item
  • Duplicate Purchase: You were charged more than once for the same item due to a technical error
  • Item Not Delivered: You were charged but the purchased item was not credited to your account
  • Technical Issue: A bug or technical fault on our end prevented you from accessing a purchased item
  • Unauthorised Purchase: A purchase was made without your knowledge or consent (especially by a minor)

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following cases:

  • The purchase was made more than 48 hours ago and the item has been used or consumed
  • You changed your mind after using or consuming a virtual item (e.g. spent virtual currency)
  • You no longer play the game or have uninstalled it
  • You have previously received a refund for the same type of purchase
  • The request does not meet Google Play's refund criteria and no fault lies with us
  • Purchases of subscription or recurring billing items after the renewal date has passed

5. Subscriptions

If any of our games offer subscription-based purchases:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play
  • Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period
  • Access to subscription content will continue until the end of the paid period
  • Refunds for subscriptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

6. Unauthorised Purchases by Minors

If a child has made unauthorised purchases in one of our games, we take these situations seriously. Please contact us as soon as possible at nitroplaygames79@gmail.com with details of the purchases. We will work with you and Google Play to resolve the situation. We also strongly recommend enabling Google Play purchase authentication to prevent unauthorised purchases.

7. How to Request a Refund from Us

If you are unable to obtain a refund through Google Play and believe you qualify under our policy, please contact us with the following information:

  1. Your Google Play order number (found in your confirmation email)
  2. The name of the game and the item purchased
  3. The date and amount of the purchase
  4. The reason for your refund request
  5. Any relevant screenshots or evidence

We aim to respond to all refund enquiries within 3–5 business days. Please note that while we will do our best to assist, final refund decisions for Google Play purchases are ultimately made by Google.

8. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used on Google Play
  • Processing time is typically 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Any virtual currency or items granted by the purchase will be removed from your account upon refund approval

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify users by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our games after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
